IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A JUMP ROPE 

JUST SHADOW JUMP.  IF YOU CAN'T

JUMP, JUST STEP SIDE BY SIDE IN 

PLACE.


3.  SQUAT TOSS

FIND A MEDICINE BALL-10 LB.  OR 

USE SOMETHING IN IT'S PLACE.

SQUAT AS IF YOU ARE SITTING ON A

SEAT, KNEES BEHIND TOES, THEN 

WITH FORCE TOSS BALL IN AIR, 

CATCH BALL, SQUAT, REPEAT


4.   PLANK LEG/TOE TAPS HIGH PLANK POSITION OR FOREARM PLANK ABDUCT ALTERNATELY LEGS TO TAP TOE APPROXIMATELY 18" ON  EACH SIDE OF BODY.


5.   TRI-CEP DIPS 

FIND AN AREA/BENCH/CHAIR/STAIR

SIT WITH YOUR BACK TO IT WITH

YOUR PALMS APPX. 2" FROM YOUR

HIPS ON THE BENCH/CHAIR/STAIR.

PUT YOUR LEGS OUT IN FRONT OF

YOU, KNEES BEHIND TOES, HIP 

WIDTH APART.  BEND YOUR ARMS 

BACK TO ENGAGE THE TRI-CEPS, YOUR BODY WILL LOWER,  YOU WILL FEEL IT IN YOUR TRI-CEPS.


6.    RUN AND TOUCH

MARK OFF AN AREA 20' X 20"

RUN OR JOG BACK AND FORTH TO EACH END OF THE MARKED OFF AREA AND WHEN YOU GET TO EACH END SQUAT AND TOUCH THE MARKER.

THERE ARE MANY STRETCHES YOU CAN DO.  WIDE FORWARD FOLD, QUAD STRETCH, TRI-CEP STRETCH, FIND THE ONES YOU LIKE.  SELF MYOFASCIAL RELEASE-FIRST POSITION THE ROLLER ON THE AREA WITH MOST TENSION 30-60 SECONDS WITHOUT MOVEMENT, THEN VERY SLOWLY ROLL.

TWO FOR ONE

As a Personal Trainer Sharon has surpassed the competition.  She plans her workouts with her clients well in advance.  She provides workout, and nutrition advice that enabled me to reach my overall goal.  During my sessions with her she recognized my injuries, allergies and took them into consideration when planning workouts.  She has proven that she is very knowlegeable in all she does which is evident in her background.   Workouts took place indoors and outdoors and involved a mix of calisthenics, weights, and cardio.  Sharon  provided a list of workouts accompanied with examples and pictures to help me understand the workouts better.  If I couldn't understand the workouts she'd be in consistent communication with me until I did.  She has a loveable, personality, and upbeat demeanor.  Sharon puts her heart into everything she does.  My start weight was 208 lbs in just a few weeks it went down to 190 lbs.  Because of this I give her high recommendations, and will instantly go back to her when I return to Connecticut!

As every Organization shifts, so has ours.  We have been re-organizing, shifting, moving, and shaking!  All training and classes will take place in a facility in Fairfield, CT upon appointment booking.


With that said, we have the ability to offer some new holistic services to our menu that we are thrilled about!  Keep checking back as more will be added!

When you train with us a portion of the money will go to rental fee for the facility, Most of the Trainers either volunteer or train you at a discounted rate due to the mission of Lifesavers Healing Together, Inc.  

The residual money will pay for training Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement, First Responders, and their Dependents.

Of course there are other costs that come up, we work diligently to keep them to a minimum.  We will hold fundraisers, and  hope to keep the mission going!
