Various types of classes that will offer cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and movement!
Class is a mixture of boot camp style drills focusing on body weight, cardio, and strength. May incorporate weights, and bands. Start with a dynamic warm-up, finish with a good stretch session. Every muscle group is utilized throughout this class.
